Tory Man, LEP and Director of Environmental Services at ZUVIC Inc., presents an overview of topics related to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Topics include Federal and State regulations, recent updates to the Federal regulations, key Federal definitions concerning PCBs, requirements for self-implementing, risk-based and performance-based cleanups, and when to test for PCBs and when not to test. This program was originally presented on March 25, 2024.

Victoria (Tory) Man is the Director of Environmental Services at ZUVIC Inc. and has been with the company for about 14 years. Tory has more than 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant and has been a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) since the first roster was issued in 1997. Tory has a degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Connecticut and worked in environmental laboratories during the beginning of her career, transitioning to environmental consulting in the late 1980s. Her work focusses on site assessments and remediation, hazardous building materials and PCBs in the environment and building materials.
