Kathie Cyr, Licensed Environmental Professional with GZA, leads a program with the focus on Connecticut's Transfer Act. The program was originally offered on 2/23/22 and is approximately one hour.

Kathie Cyr is a Principal and Senior Vice President with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.’s Trumbull, CT office. Kathie is a Licensed Environmental Professional, a Professional Engineer and a Professional Geologist. Kathie is a past Director and past President of EPOC and chaired the Scholarship and Grant Committee. She has worked with CTDEEP staff to develop LEP exam materials, regulations, guidance documents and training programs for the LEP community.
